We also assist accountants who are only able
or only want to work part time or contract. Our
model is very very simple. We charge a small introduction or engagement
fee and allow you to be paid directly by the employer.

Clients - Simple & Cost Effective Recruitment
In short we are about providing simple, open
and more cost effective recruitment solutions to our clients. This
includes quality candidates that have the skills and experience
and also fit your culture and values.
The traditional recruitment model has been
heavily focussed on the recruitment company's fee recovery and margin
rather then providing value added service to a client.
We have changed this and provide our clients
with several simple options that are more cost effective and best
suit their business and needs:
1. Agreed Upfront Fee
We will agree an upfront fee so that you
know what the recruitment cost is......regardless of how much you
remunerate your new employee. Our fees are on average 50% lower
than recruitment firms. Further rather than offering meaningless
replacement guarantees we will refund up to 50% of the fee back
to you if the recruit does not meet the parameters that we jointly
agreed up front.
2. Retainer and Hourly/Daily Rate
Alternatively we can become your personal
internal HR recruitment resource providing the end to end recruitment
function. This includes assessing your firms needs, establishing
position description, advert preparation, candidate search and candidate
screening/selection/short listing For this service we charge an
agreed up front retainer and an ongoing hourly or daily rate.
3. Contractor Engagement Fee
We have many very competent Accountants who
only want to work part time or contract short term. Under the traditional
agency model these accountants are often priced out of our clients
affordability due to the high margins the agencies charge. Our model
is very very simple. We charge an introduction or engagement fee
and allow these accountants to be employed and paid directly by
you. We charge you an agreed engagement fee for finding the candidate
and we charge the candidate an introduction fee for finding them
a role. You pay less and the candidate receives more......a WIN
